Albeit unfinished work, the missing vocals are well compensated by the awesome twin guitars played by Marcus Gooda and Dale Robinson. What a pity that the latter called it quits after this excellent recording... they were a perfect team with a promising future. I found this album, like many other ones, in "LeAhcim Retsehcnam's" top-notch collection. Favorite track: Craig David vs Goliath (Glowing).

After deciding to form a full band in 2014, this EP was the result of some intense writing and recording by the first TYC full band line up, featuring Dale Robinson on guitar and Giles Neil on bass, recorded predominantly in my kitchen in my old London house.

After the record was tracked, and we had started recording vocals, Dale lost passion for this kind of music and left the band. Because his guitar parts we so intrinsically HIS, and having no knowledge of the tunings he was using, we decided the best course of action was to rerecord the entire planned EP with new members, and rewrite the songs.

Even though we lost a year, I am still incredibly proud of this EP, everyones parts and efforts, and the real ST EP we ended up recording and releasing, but this is such a fun look at a "what could have been" scenario if the stars had aligned a little differently. I get waves of nostalgia listening to this, and hope you enjoy the little peak behind the curtains of why we were so quiet for a couple years.
